As women, our bodies change frequently and can change a full cup size over the course of a month. We have reasons like hormones, weight fluctuations and breastfeeding – to name a few.

Along with everything else, it’s important to measure yourself regularly. In an ideal world we would all have professional bra-fittings multiple times throughout the year. We understand that life can get in its way. As a go-to back-up plan, you can break out the measuring tape and measure yourself any time you feel your bra size has changed.

How To Make Sure You’re Wearing The Correct Bra Size

Application. Through our app, you have access to an easy-to-use bra size calculator where you input your measurements. Finally, put on a non-padded bra, grab your soft measuring tape and stand in front of the mirror.

The final step in how to measure your bra size is to identify your cup size. Slide the tape up to the middle of your bust (at nipple level) and measure across. Again, you’ll want to round to the nearest half inch.
