It looks like there is just a bad crack on the rim. As Spinovious said in the comments, if it’s going to get air, it’s probably good. Since this appears to be a cast aluminum rim, I doubt it will crack/break before it does. When the tire technician removes the old tire, they can rotate the wheel and see if there is any pressure. I think that would be your best bet at figuring it out…but honestly, I don’t think there would be a problem with it.
