The Allen & Glidehill Free Program (the “Program”) was formally created in 2008 to fill a gap in free services. Drawing on our firm’s expertise and experience in corporate law, charitable foundations, and governance, the program focuses on assisting charities in dealing with legal and regulatory issues.

The program is run by a dedicated team of committed attorneys who focus on providing pro bono advice to charitable and not-for-profit organizations on agreements, regulations, corporate law, charitable foundations, and governance, among other matters.
